Name of the Organizer

Article 1

The Organizer of prize competition is PLAVA LAGUNA joint stock company for catering and tourism from Poreč, R. Končara No. 12 – tax no. 57444289760. 

Purpose of organizing prize competition

Article 2

The Organizer shall carry out a survey among guests staying in Plava laguna facilities in 2017 in order to adapt its service offer to guests' needs.  

Guests shall fill out the survey form with their personal data and put it in a special box at the reception desk or leave it at a visible place in their room.

The present prize competition is organized with the purpose of encouraging guests to fill out the survey forms.

Duration of prize competition

Article 3

Prize competition shall take place from 3 June 2017 to 5 November 2017.

Prize money

Article 4

The prize fund for guests includes:

1. 2 x seven-day accommodation (6 overnights) for two persons in a hotel with a half-board service, worth HRK 5.000,00 (five thousand kuna) per stay.
2. 2 x seven-day accommodation (6 overnights) in a quadruple apartment, worth HRK 4.000,00 (four thousand kuna) per stay.
3. 2 x seven-day accommodation (6 overnights) in a campsite for up to 4 persons with the spot for the use of own tent, trailer or camper, worth HRK 3.000,00 (three thousand kuna) per stay.

Value of prize fund

Article 5

The total value of the prize fund amounts to HRK 24.000.00 (twenty four thousand kuna).

The prize may not be converted to money.

Informing participants about rules of prize competition

Article 6

Participants in prize competition shall be informed about the manner of participation as well as rules of prize competition through the Organizer's web site.

Terms for participation in prize competition

Article 7

All guests who filled out the survey form in the period set forth in Article 3 are entitled to participate in the prize competition.

Guests shall fill out the survey form with their personal data and put it in a special box at the reception desk.

Each participant in prize competition may fill out only one survey form.

Prize drawing

Article 8

Prize drawing shall be public and it shall be held on the Organizer's premises in Poreč, R. Končara No 12 at midday of 6 November 2017 in front of a three (3)-member Committee.

Manner of publishing results

Article 9

Winner's names shall be published on the Organizer's web site within eight (8) days from the day of drawing.

Prize winners shall be informed about the prize through the Organizer's web site and in writing.

Use of prizes

Article 10

The prize takeover deadline is 30 days from the day of receipt of written notification of the award.

Article 11

Winners may use their prize from 1 January 2018 to 31 December 2018 in the period scheduled with the Organizer.

Article 12

Prize drawing shall take place regardless of the number of registered participants.

Termination of prize competition

Article 13

Prize competition may be terminated only in the event of circumstances out of Organizer’s responsibility and out of his control. Participants shall be informed about the termination of prize competition through the Organizer's web site.

Other provisions

Article 14

The participant in prize competition accepts all rights and obligations herein.

The Organizer is hereby obliged to immediately pay five (5)% of the above-defined value of prize money to the Croatian Red Cross.

Article 15

The Municipal Court in Poreč shall be competent in the event of a conflict between the Organizer and the participants in prize competition.

Article 16

The present Rules shall take effect on the day of their passing, and they shall become effective following the consent of the Ministry of Finance and their publication on the Organizer's web site.
